Penn State at the Navy Yard is funded by the PA Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) to train students to perform energy assessments in the Philadelphia region.  PADEP also reserved funds for Small Business Advantage grants to distribute to restaurants and food stores for energy retrofits installed as a result of these assessments, through June 2017. Restaurants and food stores interested in participating should read the attached flyer and complete this very short online survey.
