Nominate an Art Museum Area Business for the Community Design Collaborative's Storefront Improvement Challenge

What's your favorite storefront in the Art Museum Area?

 

Storeowners throughout Philadelphia put their best face forward every day. They're a big part of what makes your neighborhood feel like home.The Community Design Collaborative and the Philadelphia Commerce Department invite you to nominate the best storefront fa├žade improvement projects in Philly. This is your opportunity to demonstrate that good design is good business and gain exposure for your business, consulting firm, or favorite neighborhood spot!

Your nominee may be recognized at the Storefront Challenge Celebration onOctober 6, 2016 with awards like these:

  • Best DeSign - most unique signage
  • Amazing Awnings - best awnings
  • Bang for the Buck - biggest impact for the lowest cost
  • Night Life - best lit facade at night

Business owners, property owners, design consultants, contractors, customers, neighbors, corridor managers, and others are eligible to submit nominations. Projects must be located within the City of Philadelphia and completed between October 2014 and September 2016 to be eligible. There is no cost to nominate a project. 

Nominations must be submitted by September 15, 2016. 

Awards will be presented at the 2016 Storefront Challenge Celebration on Thursday, October 6, 2016
