The Coalition For Restaurant Health and Safety (CRSH) is dedicated to promoting respectful and safe workplaces in Philadelphia’s restaurant industry by providing free sexual harassment trainings to restaurant employees and management.

Restaurants are the largest source of sexual harassment complaints in comparison to any other sector in the U.S. With the #MeToo movement on the rise in the last year, more attention is being paid to these bad workplace situations. What are the particular challenges restaurants face that cause such high rates of complaints and how can we better prevent sexual harassment from occurring in the first place? What is your workplace culture and how can you foster a culture of respect and support so that issues are quickly brought to your attention? Why does everyone on staff need to be trained, not just supervisors and managers?

The newly formed Coalition for Restaurant Safety & Health will provide you with tools you need to create a safe workplace free of sexual harassment. In this presentation we’ll tell you about our free training services and give you an overview of best practices.

To accommodate as many restaurants as possible, this training will be offered at both 10am and 2pm on Wed., May 2, 2018. Please select your session when registering.
