    • 1401 N. Corlies Street, Philadelphia PA 19121

In January, developers and business owners gathered to discuss how to collectively advocate for development that results in improved quality of life for all neighbors. One immediate step that was identified was to connect local realtors, developers, and business owners with one another so they can identify areas of mutual interest and understand the unique services, products, and dining options available along the West Girard Avenue commercial corridor and beyond.

Whether you run a small business, sell / rent homes, or build in Brewerytown / Fairmount, join us for an informal meet n' greet to hear and learn from one another.  Light refreshments will be available, connections will be made.

For our developer and broker community, consider becoming a sponsor of this event to help offset the cost of our new "New Neighbor Resource Packet" and to receive special recognition during the event. These packets will include information about the small business community and tips for new residents to become involved with their local civic groups.

Over the past few weeks, GAMBA leadership and administrators have been surveying and discussing the level of services provided to members. Thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback in one form or another.

From that feedback, we are working to introduce new marketing and networking opportunities, improve existing opportunities, and introduce new services so that we can collectively position the Greater Art Museum Area as one of the best places to do business.

Join us for a luncheon to hear a summary of the results of these efforts while providing vital feedback on new ideas.
